We like to work hard at Volume but we also appreciate the chance to kick back and relax so we like to make sure we have a good work/life balance too. All staff receive 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus the days between Xmas and New Year and their birthday off - as everyone deserves to chill out on their birthday!
Using a co-working space means that we have total flexibility as to how often, or how little, we come into the office. We tend to use the office when we have client meetings or brainstorming sessions, but otherwise we are totally flexible as to time spent working from home. You will be provided with a laptop so you can move between home working and office as often as you choose.
