The Brief
Nezasa is an innovative travel booking system which enables travel agents, tour operators and travel management companies to create multi-stop, personalised itineraries for their clients.
The existing website had various issues in terms of both UX design and technical functionality, with the marketing team becoming increasingly frustrated with the bugs and errors that kept appearing. The team wanted to commission a new WordPress website to replace the current site and provide a strong foundation for future growth.
